The award winning Fire Barrel traditional cider is full flavored with aromas of oak, fruit and butterscotch. Aged in fire charred Kentucky white oak barrels, there is a hint of the whiskey left from the barrel followed by a long and lingering soft tannin finish.
Make dinner spectacular with pairings of chicken, fish, ham, or steak. It is a perfect match for aged cheeses and cured meats such as Cheddar, Gruyere, Gouda, hard salamis, hams and smoked sausages. It also pairs well with smoked salmon. Serve room temperature for full flavor or slightly chilled for smoothness.
